Your own cook in the kitchen To make you visit complete, you can have your own cook in the kitchen of the Rectory. The cook can make you any dinner you like, or you can choose a menu from the
homepage of Mein Mobilkoch.
The cook mr. Richard Brands can help you by choosing your diner.
You can get a 3-courses-diner from € 25,- p.p. Mr. Brands can also make dietfood.
Reception and parties The Old Rectory is suitable for at most 16 persons (+ 2 babies). A small number of visitors are welcome, but a reception or party of more than the maximum of 16 persons, is not possible in The Old Rectory because of the local license.
When you would like to give a party being in Malberg, we can commend some facilities in the neighbourhood.
Shops and restaurants In Malberg and Kyllburg are two small supermarkets, where you can get almost everything for a meal. In Kyllburg are more shops: chemist's, bakery, flower shop, postoffice in the shoe-shop, etc. If you like to go out shopping you can go to
Bitburg or Trier. In Kyllburg are several Restaurants. In the Informationmap, that lies in the Rectory, you can find addresses and opening hours. To be well prepared, you can also read it here.
The climate in the Eifel is a continental climate. The summers are warm, the winters cold and there is not a lot of rain. In the winter there is an average of 90 days of snow.
Malberg lies in a valley and therefore it feels warmer than on the hills. The Eifel-climate is known for its healthy effect on asthma and migraine.
You can rent bath linen packets and kitchen linen packets.
A bath linen packet exists of: 1 bath towel, 2 big shower towels and 2 wash cloths
A kitchen linen packet exists of: 2 toilet towels, 2 tea towels, 2 kitchen towels, 4 dishcloths
